For most HOLIDAYS - The Wardrobe is CLOSED, so that all performers may spend personal time with friends and family!
Performers
All customers are welcome to inquire with a particular performer in mind; however, due to the nature of the business contracted performers may have prior engagements or bookings.
In the case one's request is unable to be accommodated, Wardrobe Of Wishes assures that any of the company's performers encompass talent not only professionally and physically, but with purity in their hearts.
Payment: Deposits/Balances
All payments are handled via The PayeezySM Gateway (Bank of America Merchant Services). A nonrefundable down payment of 50% is required to confirm any package/character(s). Please note that bookings are not official until payment has been collected; all bookings are confirmed depending on the order received. Full payment is required upfront for any booking made less than two weeks in advance. Final collections must be paid no later than the Monday before the weekend performances or 5 days prior for weekday performances.
*ANY REQUEST LESS THAN 2 WEEKS OUT MAY RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL $25 LATE BOOKING FEE. THIS IS DETERMINED ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS.*
****Party locations outside of a 30 minute one-way/60 minute round-trip locality of Martinez, GA 30907 will be charged an additional travel fee depending on the travel time! Inquire for a quote!*** *disclaimer* Failure to pay the final balance will result in cancellation of services with no refund.
Cancellations
In the case of cancellation due to Wardrobe Of Wishes emergency/sickness, one will be refunded in full. In the hopes of a rescheduling in the future, one will receive a credit of $30. Please note that one is given a single rescheduling opportunity after the initial cancellation.
In the case that one must cancel a performance without a rescheduled date, the initial deposit will not be refunded. Please be advised that after the rescheduled date has been set; one's payment has been applied - No deposit or balance refund will be permitted.
A 50% refund (in addition to travel charges) will be given to customers who have already paid in full due to the labor/materials used prior to the cancellation. Please note that cancellations made less than two days prior to the event will be subject to a fee of $30 for rescheduling.

Communication
Clients are responsible for communicating all relevant event details in a timely fashion. Please ensure that we have all necessary information pertaining to the venue, guests, event schedule, etc. at least one week beforehand. Wardrobe Of Wishes cannot be held responsible for complications arising from last-minute changes to plans/information stated previously, but we do our absolute best to be flexible however possible!
Please include the following in one's inquiry: - Exact party location? - Time of character arrival? (We suggest at least 30 min. after party start time to allow for guest arrival.) - Character(s) of choice? - Party Package of choice? - Birthday child's name and the age we are celebrating? - Any additional necessary information to better check for availability?
